What We Offer

Pre-Trip Inspections

We double check your load to make sure everything is safe to go! Part of the inspections include checking tire pressures, safety straps, fasteners, load damages, and more! As a result, anything that we believe might be unsafe will be remedied before your load is being moved!

Trip Assessment

It's never fun when you go the wrong way and end up getting stuck or receive significant fines! We will gladly do a trip assessment and examine the route shown on your permits to ensure your load is safe to follow the route! Even DOT could make mistakes that have to be avoided!

Courier Service

Unlike most pilot car companies, Escort Experts wants to ensure the best service possible! Sometimes timing is not on your side! In addition to normal loads, we hire police officers certified and trained in the pilot car industry to assist with faster delivery of your load so you don't fall behind!

Load Management Made Easy!

Our LMP (Load Management Portal) lets you see where your load is located at and the progress of your pilot car drivers! Our LMP gives you access detailed logistics data, digital access to your load permits, details on your escort drivers, view weather on your route, and much more!
Additionally, you can keep notes, make reports, chat with our office staff, and write reviews or complaints about your experience with our escort drivers!

Pilot Car Training School

Our Escort Drivers are P/EVO Certified through Evergreen Safety Counsil and take additional training through us! We use Virtual Reality where pilot cars are put through an oversize load simulator exhibiting examples on dangers of an oversize load and how to avoid them. The training simulator uses AI and voice recognition software to simulate a real life experience! We also use a training ground to give hands on experience for certain loads!
